Data Deletion Instructions

ChAIrman AI (operated by Chairman AI Ltd) lets a sports club connect its Facebook Page, linked Instagram account, and X (Twitter) account so the club can publish its own posts from one place. When you connect an account we store only:

• the connected account’s name and ID, and
• an encrypted access token (and a refresh token where the platform provides one).

We never store your password, your private messages, your followers, or any advertising data. We use the stored token only to publish content your club has created and approved.

How to delete this data

1. In the app (instant): sign in and go to Dashboard → Social → Connections, then press Disconnect next to the account. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored token for that platform.
2. By email: write to privacy@chairmanai.uk with your club name and the account you want removed. We’ll delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What stays and what goes

Disconnecting removes our stored access to your account. Any posts already published to your own Facebook, Instagram, or X accounts remain on those platforms — you control and can delete those directly within Facebook, Instagram, or X.
